This house has forced air heating. Would there originally have been gravity heat? Obviously the bamboo flooring is new, but would TvF have mixed concrete with a wood flooring?

I do love the how dining room windows meet up with the ceiling beams and boards and the simplicity of the kitchen cabinets. I'm envious of the steps down to the creek, which will have to wait for us.

The entirely consistent color of the woodwork -- trim and cabinetry -- and the color itself, attract me.
