I formerly worked at a university in IL which had inherited a large collection of Sullivan artifacts from a benefactor. The university in question does not have a museum (that I know of--or didn't have one at that time). Various fragments from Sullivan buildings were thus scattered throughout the campus.

Employees could request a piece from the collection to display in their offices. I once had a meeting with an administrator who had one of these grills just hanging on the wall of her small office! Now that's a fringe benefit.
