I don't find that detail a deal-breaker. This isn't a Wright house. The dimension of the corner muntin (?) seems at peace with the scale of other elements, to me. Of course the magic of the open corner is always a delight -- if also an architect's conceit ?

It's hard to know what the original condition was; the twelfth interior photo (a hall with desk) shows at far right a butt joint to the bent glass plane.

The house dates from (to ?) 1957. Perhaps the house had, and has, 1/4 plate glass throughout ? The owner(s) might not have had difficulty paying for heating fuel, at any stage.

The floor plan is fussy, lacks clarity. I don't like it at all.
