According to the real estate blogosphere, Berger sold for $1,595,000 on December 19, down from the original ask of $2,500,000 in August 2012. Hopefully it has found a good steward.
The same sources list Buehler as "removed" from the market on December 23, at an asking price of $3,350,000, down from the original November 2011 ask of $4,995,000. "Wright on the Market" however lists it as sold December 13.
