Anybody ever heard of this guy? His Miyasaka House was on Extreme Homes this evening.

I see kind of a Wright+Goff influence. He worked for Lloyd at one time.

Robert Harvey Oshatz is a fine architect: an architect's architect. I was a guest at his own house in Portland, Oregon, toured a number of his works, and found it an exhilarating experience.
In addition to the house he designed in Japan, is another in central Wisconsin.
He is a friend of Bart Prince, and a similar type of free spirit.

The Friends of Kebyar dedicated an issue of their journal to his work. I believe copies are still available:

Thanks Craig. The Friends of Kebyar also did an earlier Journal on Oshatz' work - Volume 2.2 / February 1984. He remains one of a very few doing truly organic architecture.
