Hoping and thinking are not the same as a legally binding document. The Conservancy should be at the forefront of this issue: Go to the owners of every Wright home and hand them a document that protects the property in perpetuity. Watch them sign the document and then file it with whatever agency is needed to record that agreement. Let's be proactive in protecting every property...and not wait for them to come up for sale.

I agree 1000%. If they (FLWBC) are honest and forthright about their mission they will take your advice post haste.

The Conservancy may have had a chance with David and Gladys's heirs, but with themselves, I doubt it. The Wright's weren't very open to the Wright Community.
