If you remember, a while back the owners of the Turkel Residence in Detroit made us aware that their home was being used as a film set for some scenes in an upcoming movie called "Sparkle". The movie is about to be released, and if you click on the link below you will find two trailers for the film. The first trailer, on the left with the green backdrop, has a couple of fleeting glimpses of the house, at the 2:14 and 2:17 marks. You will need to pay close attention, as the shots are brief, but you can definitely recognize parts of the house in the background of these scenes.
I'm looking forward to seeing more scenes from the movie to see just how much exposure the house is given. In the meantime, congrats to Norm and Dale.

Fantastic shots of it tho.
Au contrair, mon amie.
The Conservancy has held events there and I personally felt quite safe. In fact, didn't even think about it.
There are quite a few great places around, both residential and businesses.
The owners are business people in the area.
