The Charnley house was, according to the owner, "obliterated". All that was left was the foundation.

The Sullivan house has been discussed on the home page of the conservancy. Here's the link to their appeal regarding the building:

The appeal came out in Dec. I think. Since then, I don't know what's up w/the Sullivan building.
