John S. Van Bergen House for sale
For those of you who would like to own a Prairie House in Oak Park, but cannot afford the surreal prices of Heurtley or Gale, there is a John S. Van Bergen house on the market for a comparatively modest $563K at 106 S. Grove Ave. It's a handsome stucco house of modest proportions that looks to be in good shape.

On the subject of PS houses for sale, William Drummond's Yelland House has been on the market for at least half a year. $250K goes a lot further in Mason City than Oak Park.
