I wasn't familiar with this book. For the Wright enthusiast who loves drawings, this certainly looks interesting.

This 1980 book includes floor plans, elevations and sections of many of the designs for Japan (though only a few photos and no drawings of Imperial, which was covered extensively in a 1972 book devoted to the hotel), plus elevations of individual rooms in Yamamura and Jiyu Gakuen, and window and furniture designs for Jiyu Gakuen. A 1995 edition includes Imperial drawings -- even the demolished temporary annex plan -- and some buildings not covered in the earlier book. Neither book has much English text, and the measurements are in the Japanese system.

That's the way a book should be sold, it seems to me: a generous selection of page views, corresponding to the inspection one might make in a bookstore prior to purchase.
