Not much information given, but the house looks familiar, like one FLWBC visited in 2000. If so, the interiors were very handsome, though the exterior somewhat bland. Looks like it's fixable.

As best I can tell (from figuring out where the youtube poster is from and via SDR's link), it's the Thomas W. Snelling House in Waukegan, IL.
