Thanks for a welcome article on a very talented architect. I'll let my response on your site suffice, except that if anyone cares to see the work of a true organic architect (and other "Kebyars"), check out this article.



This is truly quality architecture, superceding the "senior" wannabe's and other clueless "what style Wright do you want" practicing fellows out there.

Earlier, the subject of designing in the mind before putting pencil to paper was brought up, and some seemed to think it was unreasonable. But here you have a superb architect who does just that. Pencils don't design. One doesn't need to compute every last quarter inch in a plan before drawing, but the concept should be fully developed. His remarks about achitects diddling with computers should be memorized by Frank Gehry.
