Heurtley House Video Tour

I stumbled across a video tour of the Heurtley House and posted about it on www.PrairieMod.com.
Has anyone been able to see the restored house firsthand? It's pretty amazing and definitely a labor of love. I thought I'd pose a question to the forum. Do you think the house will sell for anywhere near the asking price of $5,750,00? I think it has to be the most expensive house for sale in Oak Park. I know there is a current debate about the addition of more house museums, but is it unlikely to think that maybe this house could be added to the Preservations Trust's museum fold? (The Home and Studio is right down the street.) It seems the price being asked is out of sync for Oak Park. What does everyone else think?
