Thanks for posting, but this does strain the fair use doctrine.

This doesn't "strain" the fair use doctrine, this is outright copyright theft. Hopefully flickr will delete this information.

Actually maybe there are a few parts that are not copied, just hinting.
I think my work might have a copy of it but I don't know.

Sure you can. They come on ebay frequently. And just because you can't buy something doesn't mean you can steal it.

Here ya go:

ebay item #250583347541

Here's another one"

ebay item #360235237582

So, yes, you can go out and buy a copy. I'm not saying they are cheap, but they are legal.

I cannot imagine why someone would participate in a discussion forum in this manner.

I believe this is the poster's "signature issue" -- which study of past posts will verify.

Copyright may or may not cover a 1938 magazine. Perhaps we could start by verifying that ?

The copyright has expired.

Correct. There are pages missing, including the real cover of the magazine and the Fallingwater fold out photograph by Hedrich Blessing.

This is a great publication of FLW's work and is highly recommended. Basically FLW was the editor of this issue. There was such an out pouring of acclaim by architects for Fallingwater, even though it was buried in the middle of the monograph/special edition of the magazine, that it was launched on its trajectory to international fame.

I believe PHarding is correct for one you are not breaking law if you have just part of the publication up, second copyright is expired, as I have seen many have already at my work in many publications.
