Francis Barry Byrne, who worked with Wright, had revolutionary ideas for the design of Roman Catholic churches in the 1920s. He built three buildings (a church and two Catholic schools) in Racine, Wisconsin. St. Patrick's church will continue the 150th anniversary celebration of the parish with a talk by Prof. Vincent Michael at the church, Sunday February 19. Prof. Michael has extensively studied Byrne's work. Photos of the church and details about the talk, are the new story posted today at: www.wrightinracine.com
