Good 2 page article on restoration of Prairie homes in today's Chicago Tribune (1/13) in the "Your Place" section. It is called "Righting Wrights." Very good photos and some interesting comments by Eifler.

Another article today in the Tribune's Tempo section is on Wright, Sullivan and Mie's legacy; the continuing impact on Chicago architecture.

The Tribune is a pain. You have to be registered to access the stories on line.

In the most recent thread on the Davenport restoration, Jerry K posted a link to the Tribune article in question that worked w/out the need to register. Since I'm not technologically savvy I can't reproduce it here, but thought I'd mention it for those who are interested.

Ooops. (Me again) I tried the Davenport thread link again and I did have to register this time. Sorry for any confusion.
