At the library artstor archivve ther is a projec: titled

Project 4213 Bernard Schwartz house (Two Rivers, Wisconsin). Alterations, Unbuilt Project, 1942

https://library.artstor.org/#/search/ar ... e=1;sort=1

this indicates a proposal to extend the untility core to include a tool workshop, and a new boathouse and farm unit added to the end of the Living room via long and narrow pergola.
