Lots of Wrightian tropes, there, used to good effect. Once again, novel offshoots: Wright never to my knowledge pierced the sunk battens of his sandwich wall---for instance. The occasion of a brick hearth as a slightly raised center of the house is pleasing.
The driveway spoils the show, if we accept this element as literally the first thing the visitor sees when approaching. While a pedestrian (ahem) architectural matter and no doubt a considerable expense to improve, it would seem to be worth it both as curb appeal and as a comfort to the owner ?
