I suppose foodies are as obsessed with culinary matters as we are with FLW. TV is awash with cooking shows of all sorts featuring customs from around the globe. But trying to fashion a recipe out of "compression and release" is a bit over the top. Making a plate of edibles beautiful or at least interesting to behold last for minutes until it is just a plate of grease and crumbs.

(I am waiting for some culinary expert to point out that the common herb 'cumin' is routinely mispronounced with the 'u' as 'yoo' instead of the only acceptable - by Merriam Webster at least - pronunciation a short 'u' as in "She'll be comin' 'round the mountain.")

A rising tide raises all boats.
Seriously Taliesin has name recognition a hook for a story/cooking challenge and a commercial kitchen all in one campus.
