First time to see the interiors of this house.

The phrase "mostly in its original condition, ... ready to be elevated to become a true legacy estate that is sure to be enjoyed for generations" sounds like an agent's way of saying "it's falling apart."

The William Low residence in Bristol, RI of McKim, Mead & White (1887), a classic shingle-style example, occurred immediately upon seeing the profile of Esherick's house. Here's an entrance-side view I've not seen before. The opposite side of the famous (and demolished) house is seen further down the page.
