Well, it's certainly news if Walker was damaged during the recent marine irregularities; we will await further reports. (Don't make me go down there to inspect it myself . . .! I would, but I'm being kept abnormally busy in my trade.)

But what's this with dissing surfers as a group---and what evidence is there that any surfer was "entirely unmoved" by events at the Walker house ? "Lying, cheating, fibbing and fudging all to 'get theirs.' " ? What is this "Beach Grit" about---besides soiling its own nest ? I thought surfers as a group (another generalization ?) were cool, hip, tuned in to the vibe of Mother Earth, etc etc . . . Harrumph !
