Can you call someone a FLW apprentice when he was at Taliesin after Wright had passed?

Call him an architect.
I enjoyed having the opportunity to briefly chat with Charles about the Carlson house and the desert shelter he built in the early 1970’s during a FLWBC tour in Phoenix.
