A strong and clean design, asymmetrical and orderly. I like it, so far. But that's hardly an analysis of its qualities and possible lackings.

I live in Glencoe and this is certainly an improvement over the earlier "colonial" scheme presented prior to the vote on the referendum to finance the project - but I too feel like this design lacks the warmth and texture of the style and gives the impression of an office building rather than a golf club. Let's hope they reconsider. The Village continues to push sustainability, and it would nice if the building better expressed those goals.
