Wow. Among the many charms of this craftsman's tour-de-force, the exposed-aggregate floors are edged with a loose-pebble border---or its facsimile in fixed stones. The wet rooms have what appears to be a corresponding terrazzo. Neat. Even the terraces have an unusual stone paving. And all that woodwork !

The Canadian Gulf Islands are in the same archipelago as the U.S. San Juan islands...and my old house on Lopez Island

Where was I in July 2023? I missed this one.
The only thing that needs to be altered is the exterior white of the stucco. A medium gray green would blend the house with nature more satisfactorily.
