One wonders what is left here that is Neutra. The mini-stone fireplace seems to match other stonework---bathroom and front wall---but those are almost certainly not original, and the fireplace has been painted. The wooden arbor/sunshade; the floors; the scored plaster exterior: all additions or changes ?

Looks like any other new build in Los Angeles save for the stilts (which may not be allowed according to current building codes?)
