I haven't posted here in a long time! but i'm back to show you some personal work i've been doing recreating a never built wright house. I think the story of this design is also interesting, so check it out!

Wow. Sweet. Interesting timing, as we're just discussing the Fir Tree house in New Mexico, the Arnold Friedman residence of 1948.

This time I have added a "speculometer" (red more speculative and blue less) which is an idea that I have seen in the case of 3d architectural recreations based on archaeological finds. And that I think helps to give transparency to the recreation process.

The purest form of the Fir Tree houses is, perhaps, Lake Tahoe. In the drawings attached by SDR I am fascinated by those roofs and how FLLW decides to build them with wooden planks aligned at a seemingly arbitrary angle.
