Readers should avail themselves of the 3D tour found on the realtor's (sorry, I've lost faith) site, to fully grasp the path up the stair to the second-floor living quarters. I don't think Wright himself ever crafted a more delightful spiral ascension; could an indoor climb offer a richer reward ? The goals---a dining room exposed on three sides, and a living room aerie also overlooking the street while sharing much borrowed space at the front of the house---perfectly illustrate our friends Prospect and Refuge, situated in an otherwise ordinary suburban setting.

That's one of the weirdest front elevations I've ever seen. At first I thought a bunch of plywood was nailed over some upstairs windows.
