If you fleshed out the three Wright sites with historical buildings he would have seen, Wright-influenced buildings and contemporary architecture, you could make it a most worthwhile visit. The FLlW Preservation Trust (wrightplus.org), custodians of the Home & Studio and Robie, has such a trip in the works for October.

The old Prime Ministerial residence, still there though apparently no longer in its original use, is an impressive school-of-Wright building.

There is a small paperbound book of photographs that FLW took on his 1905 trip to Japan, "FLW's Fifty Views of Japan: The 1905 Photo Album" (FLW Preservation Trust, 1996) available at Amazon for a range of prices from used ($4.22) to collectible ($170.00).

I emailed the Wright Japan tour people and I am hoping they do a tour in 2023 because I will be on it!

How exciting. Your subsequent report will be eagerly awaited ! In the meantime, news of the Prime Ministerial residence,
entirely new to me, is welcomed . . .

I checked on it and the cost was around $10K if I recall.

I went on a similar trip run by the Building Conservancy in 2018 and enjoyed it very much,
