I don't know if this has been posted already since I just stumbled upon the listing from late 2021. A mash-up of Millard, Ennis, solar hemicycles and Boca Raton chic. An unusual oddity to be sure.

Wow. Well, if you have to have a mansion . . . Someone took an idea and ran with it. If the furnishings and decor are not those of the previous owner, then what's seen in the photos represents an impressive staging job.
Among the myriad details one could comment on, the kitchen stands out as an interesting and probably unique plan form for this necessary domestic element.
And another detail brings home for me an idea: that a floor level change could and perhaps often should be accompanied by a change in floor surface---to augment the transition and the to emphasize the differences between one implied space and the other. And I would do as the designer here has done, surfacing the steps with the more durable of the two materials, regardless of whether that material clads the upper or the lower of the two levels.
