We had a good experience staying in the larger Eppstein house, adjacent to the Pratt house. Hopefully the Pratt house will be available for rental someday,

same thought... in fact the owners should move that... it's terrible..!!

I agree wholeheartedly. No matter the cost, that should be corrected.

The airco unit is now hidden by shrubs. Owners have done lots of landscaping in the past years, and are doing the same for the Pratt house.

I really liked the rectangular architecture of the house.
