The local developers purchase has been rumored for months, but the story can now be confirmed. The home is 10,000+ square feet and sits on what would be 6-8 lots in that area of town. Mr Price has a great track record of historic preservation with his multitude of properties in downtown Tulsa.

Sounds like good news.
Does Price Family Properties bear any relation to the Prices who were Wright's Tulsa clients ?

No relation, only coincidence in the last names.

Though the story is behind the WSJ paywall, the headline gives the info:
In Tulsa, a Restored Frank Lloyd Wright-Designed House Lists for $7.995 Million

The serpentine glass wall at 1:07 is news to me---somewhat reminiscent of the one at the Hanna house playroom/dining room.
Would this red-colored scored slab be the first of its kind in later-era Wright ?

The serpentine wall of glass is not part of the published design. It was designed to be a colonnaded (columns 1'8"x3'4" in plan) outdoor path, 8'4" wide, with the glass doors to the terrace from the living room between 20" square columns spaced 5' apart. The square protrusions in the glass wall indicate where the columns were to be located. Whether it was built according to plan and altered later, or changed during construction, I don't know, but when I saw the house, when Ms Chicken owned it, it was as it is. As planned seems more Wright than as built ... whenever that might have been.
