Mr Jones has an unusual take on what constitutes a convincing, contextual palette of textures and colors ? On the other hand, his roof forms are handsome . . .

Perhaps, if he wishes to sell his prize creation, he could allow other hands to paint and stage his interiors. Maybe the result isn't as forbidding as it appears in the video ? A bit more attention to the landscaping---at least in the patio area---wouldn't be amiss . . .

Jones' choice of color seems to blend in almost as camouflage with the surrounding nature. But that is not by any means a positive attribute. Gray is a hard color to deal with, but as FLW proved at the Harold Price, Sr. House, it can be done very effectively. Jones' ... not so much.
