Did the Tomek house ever sell? If so, for how much?



I was by it a few days ago... it looks good.



The Coonley house also looks good. One of the smaller houses (maybe gardner) was getting a roof.

Tomek last sold in 2002. The last asking price here at Wright on the Market was about $1.9M.

I don't know what the sale price on Tomek was, but a house in the same neighborhood on a similar sized lot recently sold to a tear-down developer for 1.1 million.
