Handsome house in a good neighborhood, near Jackson Park and a not-too-long walk from Robie. The advantage of its sparse lot, surrounded by multifamily housing, is that the lot is so small, it will probably never be in danger of being redeveloped. If you like life indoors, and don't mind an almost entirely paved exterior, cuddling up to an apartment building to the north, this is the house for you. Though you might want to do something about those weird garage doors.
