Thanks, Kelly. My favorite kind of driveway, for starters. Wouldn't it be great to see this house revived ?

A warm stone-colored hex-grid slab, and nice stone. I guess this is Marcus's own design ?

Marcus Weston's obituary makes it clear this house is in fact Marcus's own design:
and then back with their young family to Spring Green, where he designed and built a home and lived for the rest of his life.

A neat house indeed, despite its needs...one hopes the heating system has been kept operational so as not to have frozen the floor pipes while the house was unoccupied during the winter.

It would appear the grid is incised into the floor slab in the living and dining areas only. The Paul McCobb designed table and chairs are cool too.

The huge plus is the Spring Green location. There's tons of buzz and discussion about this house on Facebook.
