Remaining Sullivan Center office space to be sold
Former owner of the G. Curtis Yelland House (1910), by Wm. Drummond
Brief history of the 1903-4 building; see also Carl W Condit, "The Chicago School of Architecture," pp 162-3:

What's missing is the original building with the 1906 addition by D H Burnham and Co:

In 1948 the cornice was replaced by this parapet, and the top story was made uniform with the Burnham addition. Were the last three (lower) bays added at the same time ?

Now, it appears from Paul's link, that the original cornice has been recreated. When was that done ?
