David and Christine Weisblat House Open House

Post by bkirksey »

We are holding an open house for the David and Christine Weisblat House April 23, 2017 from 1-4 PM. It would be great to see all the Wright enthusiasts and potential buyers for this wonderful home. For those that have been following the home's renovation from when we first listed it...you will be amazed at the difference.

The address is:

11185 HAWTHORNE
Charleston Twp 49053-9644

You can also see all the articles that have been written lately, as well as some more background information on our website.

Thanks. I'd say, go right to link number three, for the most and best photos, including shots of the other Wright houses at The Acres. Nice !

I don't know how the price is perceived by potential buyers of this house, but I am not at all phased by $510,000 -- for a Frank Lloyd Wright Usonian in excellent condition, by the original owner's family. The right buyer will arrive, I am confident. Congratulations to all . . .

I am traveling 2 hours by motorcycle with my dad to see the house. Knowing my dad, he might even buy the place on a whim.

Egg him on, if necessary. Life's too short . . .
