A Broere-Hillebrandt dynasty arises. Hosanna ! "We owe it to Frank Lloyd Wright's legacy" to do the right thing, say they . . .

We had a good experience staying in the larger Eppstein house, adjacent to the Pratt house. Hopefully the Pratt house will be available for rental someday,

I agree wholeheartedly. No matter the cost, that should be corrected.

I stayed at the Eppstein house in October. This is a recent photo by Emilene Leone: https://www.dropbox.com/s/8oj2vgs9195qd ... M.jpg?dl=0
The airco unit is now hidden by shrubs. Owners have done lots of landscaping in the past years, and are doing the same for the Prat house.

I really liked the rectangular architecture of the house.
