At a glance, it looked like an architect was finally trying to integrate solar collectors into a design, but that seems not to have been the case.

Indeed. Well, it's "solar-ready," in any event ?

I'm inspired by the well-lighted---if not in fact open-air---space, as depicted. The exterior view seems to have collected the best aspects of Boston City Hall and Mayne's San Francisco Federal Building (for instance), in a form that seems to be becoming before one's eyes . . .

Wish I was a student again, looking for a place in which to learn and grow !
