The end of an era....this house has been on and off the market for a decade or more.
The original house is a great one. Here's hoping the existing addition meets the modern day needs of the new owners such that the original can stay original.

I guess it's a tight lot ? If an apartment-building or motel-sized addition to Sweeton or Lamberson is ever "needed," at least it won't have to encircle the house . . .!

I wouldn't call 1.9 acres (82,764 sf) tight.
