Do any photos of the elusive Whiteford-Haddock house exist?

The bibliography in Weintraub's book on Lloyd Wright lists the following book:

Lloyd Wright Drawings, Yukio Futagawa, 1986.

I cannot find a single listing for this book anywhere on the web. Does it actually exist? If so, where may a copy be found?

peterm, the masonry caps around the fireplace are indeed very complementary to the concrete clerestories. The caps provide the room with a very polished look. I've always assumed the caps were made from concrete, but perhaps they are some type of stone. Zimmerman is a very "refined" Usonia...

In terms of scale, it seems that the house is approximately 1,500 sq. ft. (main floor). Is this accurate? ...

Thanks for your insights, pmahoney. The house appears to be finely detailed from the photographs, and the stained glass windows are an especially nice feature.
