When they state it's a 2500 sq ft house, does that include the finished basement areas?

Also - a "fully renovated" house for eight hundred grand and it's still got window units?

Am I alone in actually liking the porte-cochere? My problem with this house, besides the screen door, is that the fenestration looks very bland. Maybe it's just the color of the trim? Kissam looks just fine with the same arrangement.

Storrer refers to River Forest as "a bedroom community for Oak Park", but isn't Oak Park a bedroom community for Chicago?
