Wright's mathematical ability?

Always wondered about this. Anybody know what his record at the University in Madison was like? My interpretation has always been that he aced the engineering courses and felt that further pursuit would waste his time. But I don't know.

Not sure I agree completely. Sure, working drawings as fully realized do not exist. I understand that and I'd always heard he reserved at least 10% of his professional fee for field work. Given that plus the sending of an apprentice to each job , well and in the early years sleeping on the job site,...

Found out that the Bruce Goff archive at the Art Institute of Chicago has a little bit of Wright working drawings, which includes 9 sheets of Unity Temple originals from 1909.
