This is a remodel of the original house on the property. There's a clapboard bungalow under there. The upper house was on a MAK tour a few years ago. The roar of interstate 5 does make the outside less desirable than is was when built.

Swamp coolers only work were it's dry. The humidity is too high in the coastal LA plain.
