OMG

I've taken photos of this little house over the years. I had one tour person tell me it started out as a tool shed and that the building next to it started out as a chicken coop. Then, on the next tour, just the opposite. So dunno. I do have a few more pics of it if anyone is interested in details. ...

Rattenbury Life Dream House

This house has without a doubt the kernel of the 1997 Life Dream House. It is far larger but it originates from Rattenbury's design.

Ravine Bluff Plans

Lloyd "did" the home for the Ravine Bluff developer after his fathers plans were not accepted by the client - it is why no drawings exist of FLLW's 2nd version.
How does he know this? Where can I find out if this is true?

Royals

It's tight! I got home a bit ago from work and there are hardly any cars on the streets. They're all at the sport bars or home watching!

SDR, I was not able to go inside the house. At that time it was in recovery of the flood. Large drying fans were inside the house with electrical cords everywhere. However, there was a photo published here that showed the house from the other side of the river. For this house to have survived that a...

Any chance they'll allow guest to spend night/weekend? I think most FLW folks are self-sufficient and dependable enough to not need a local person to oversee it.

Razing Century II

Century II is a lovely building. It is constantly being used. Two years ago there was a report it would be razed in order to start drilling oil wells under it because of the belief that it sits on a large oil reserve. Turns out it was the work of developers wanting to erect new buildings on its site...
