By "anyone's guess," I meant other than Sullivan or Wright. I have never read anything about the Guest House, who designed it, when it was built or what the plan looks like. It seems to be totally ignored, but someone must have written about it, right?

A book has been written about the controversy over Sullivan vs Wight as the architect of both Charnley Houses without coming to a conclusion. I still say Sullivan didn't have the talent in residential design to design either of the houses and that FLW did them both with a nod to "Lieber Meister...

I would (in my humble way) include 5 of the architects on that list (Frank Lloyd Wright, Jean Nouvel, I. M. Pei, Norman Foster, Shigeru Ban)2 questionable (Zaha Hadid - she was overrated - and Renzo Piano, who tuned his work after Centre Pompidou) 2 definitely not worthy (Frank Gehry and Rem Koolhaa...
