The late owner mentioned the thickness of the slab to me about five years ago, not sure why he thought that.

I was told that the original single pane windows were removed, stored in a shed and replaced with Pella windows by the prior owner. I am not aware of the condition of the fireplaces.

The late owner told me that the floor slab is 9” deep, a structural mat that spans the building. It has sunk on the window wall side of the house due to actions by a prior owner.
