I work for a newspaper. We are cognizant of the importance of being inclusive in our coverage, and the importance of reflecting the community we cover. That has given me the awareness of how homogeneous our organizations (including one whose board I sit on) are, and, as I listen to Wright sites talk...

The discussion is getting back to 'age.' Does anyone share my observation and concern about the lack of ethnic or racial diversity in our organizations and in our audience (and, for those who are the stewards of Wright sites, customers)?
