Yes, I've been there. No perfs that I am aware of. Don't forget to photograph the boat house and council fire circle. Ask if the roof still leaks. I commented to the tour guide about the water running down the brick wall in the living room and she said they were planning on re-roofing. I said "...

GOOD NEWS

E. Fay Jones's Fisher House in Lebanon, MO has been acquired by some Wright Chat friends from St. Louis, MO.

It is nice to see these special homes in the hands of people who appreciate them and will restore them properly.

William Kaeser is well known in Wisconsin as an architect who has done some wonderful usonian houses. He was not an apprentice.

I believe he did work for James Dresser at one time who was an apprentice.

Scott Templeton can correct me if I am incorrect on this connection.

Craig, I don't know if it is possible but I prefer these types of books to be spiral bound. That way you don't have to break the binding to get the book to stay open to a particular page. Maps in the back would be fine. An area map that shows all the houses in a city (say Fayetteville) and their rel...

Palli,
My memories of the Master Bedroom hallway are exactly the same as yours. That hallway can not possibly be 3'-6". FLW happened to like 1'-10" hallways.
