Frank's Eatery was new to me too since our last visit a year or so ago. It looked closed because the entire street is torn up. It kind of looks like they are going to make it into a non-driveable plaza instead of a street with parking.

Faubus is Fabulous!

7500 sq. ft. Ranch with yellow flagstone floors throughout and Wrightian vocabulary with 6 ft (not 2') wide hallways.

I liked how the ceiling banding in the dining room flowed out through the windows to form the ceiling of the porte-cochere.

The Wright on the Park auction raised about $75K. Total project cost for Park Inn/City National is said to be ...

Jeff,
Look in Storrer for the Feiman House. It is supposed to be derived from the Exhibition House.

Re: Usonian Exhibition House

Wasn't there a gentleman who used to attend the Conference on a regular basis who owned parts, or all, of this house and had it stored somewhere? I don't remember his name or where he had it stored. Anyone? You are correct. Leonard R Wisniewski of Martinton IL purchased the disassembled house from ...

Also, the blocks on this house were mortared together in the usual way instead of the way the block had steel rods in them as in Ennis, which made them easier to repair and replace. Pasadena has a strong preservation mentality and the possibility of this being dismantled and moved are a figment of t...
